Small Vase semi-gloss finish with Kokopelli (the "Flute Player") 3 3/8 inches in diameter and 4 7/8 inches tall. Made circa 1998. The Vase is Signed A. Joe and marked Díné, See signature in the photo below. Price $89.00

The Round Vase below is an interesting piece of pottery, perhaps modeled after a "rust bowl" or "seed bowl". It is 3 1/8 inches tall and 3 3/8 inches in diameter. This vase is etched and painted. Signed. c. 1997 from Northern Arizona. Price $45.99

Below is a Navajo
HorseHair Vase. This Vase is fired with the hair of a horse. The
thinner lines are generally made using hair from the mane with
the thicker lines using the hair of the tail. 8" Tall
x 7 1/4" Diameter. Very light colored Vase fired with HorseHair. Etched designs
after firing and with a single piece of Turquoise. c. 2001.

This Vase has a semi-gloss finish with the rough spots and smudging typical of trading quality pieces giving it even more unique character.

Note, this Vase is not waterproof and is not made for use with food.

Below is a beautiful painted Medium-sized Navajo Vase with Kokopelli etching with many other Native Designs. Note the different look depending on the lighting. This Vase is 8 1/2 inches tall and 6 3/8 inches in diameter. It is signed clearly but not legibly and marked Navajo. c. 1999. Price $149.99


The Signature is clear but not legible, the second line is the word Navajo. Note the signature is etched into the base after painting and prior to the hardening of the clay.
