Shipping Policy
Every effort is made to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. MagiMani.com has established a supply
line designating three different shipping categories for our products, IN STOCK, SPECIAL ORDER & CUSTOM
ORDERS. Orders with a total weight of over 50 pounds will be shipped via the most direct and efficient
common carrier, please send us an enquiry if the total weight of your shipment exceeds 50 pounds. Our
shipping rate calculators will automatically calculate shipping cost via UPS and USPS for shipments
weighing less than 50 pounds.
MagiMani.com offers a variety of unique items from artisans all over the world. Items in inventory are
considered In Stock and are available for sale in our Online Store and are shipped as soon as your order
is processed. Normal delivery via the mail should take less than 10 business days in Canada, U.S.A. and
the EU and two weeks or more internationally. Expedited delivery such as Overnight, Second Day Air or
Express Saver type services can be arranged by your request, the cost will be confirmed to you prior to
shipping.
MagiMani.com offers many products unique to a specific manufacturer some of which are mass-produced and
stocked by the local artisan and others made to order and may be purchased by Special Order. Whether
stocked by local artisans or made to order, these products take considerably longer to deliver since
they must be shipped from the country of manufacture to a MagiMani.com receiving point for inspection
prior to dispatching to you the purchaser. Typical delivery time from payment of order to receipt of the
product is 30 to 60 days depending on country of origin and size and weight of product.
MagiMani.com offers large quantity orders and custom design orders allowing you the freedom to collaborate
with us to meet your specific needs and desires and designates such requests as Custom Orders. Shipping for
Custom Orders is determined by the time required to design and manufacture your product. For Custom Orders
please e-mail us at Info@Magimani.com. A member of the MagiMani.com team will help you complete your order.
Once specifications and quantities are agreed upon your order will be submitted to the manufacturer or
artisan for approval and pricing and a timeline for production. Upon manufacturer or artisan approval
full payment will be required to begin production. Every effort is made to adhere to the timeline for
production. After production your Custom Order will be shipped to a MagiMani.com receiving point for
inspection prior to dispatching to you the purchaser. Typical delivery time from production completion
to receipt of the product is 30 to 60 days depending on country of origin and size and weight of product.
Customs and Duties
In Stock Items.
The governments of some countries regulate and/or tax importation of certain products. If your
shipping address is outside the United States of American any purchase you make with MagiMani.com,
Inc. that is shipped to a foreign address is imported into the country in your shipping address.
MagiMani.com, Inc. has no control over any government. Magimani.com, Inc. has no control over
the import requirements of any country. If the purchaser's shipping address is outside the
United States of America the purchaser may be required to pay import duties/taxes or customs
fees on their purchased products prior to delivery at the purchaser's shipping address.
MagiMani.com, Inc. has no control over the current rate of taxation, duty or customs fees
a foreign government may charge. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties,
taxes or customs fees for products shipped to them at an address outside the United States of
America. Foreign governments may prohibit the import of certain products. If your shipping
address is outside the United States of America, Magimani.com, Inc. suggests you consult the
customs department/ministry of the country to which your purchases are shipped prior to making
a purchase. MagiMani.com, Inc. is not responsible for any damage or loss due to destruction
or confiscation or seizure of goods by customs in a foreign country. In the event a customer
purchases a product forbidden in the country of their shipping address, MagiMani.com, Inc. is
not responsible for damage or loss due to destruction or confiscation or seizure of goods by
customs and you will not receive a refund. Please direct any customs questions to the government
of the country in your shipping address.
Special Order Items & Custom Order Items.
Most products will initially be shipped to a MagiMani.com, Inc. office for inspection before
being shipped to you the purchaser. Some products may be shipped directly to your shipping
address from a country other than the United States of America. MagiMani.com, Inc. will
notify you in advance of finalizing your purchase if it is to be shipped from outside the
United States of America. In the event your purchase will be shipped from a foreign country
to your shipping address MagiMani.com strongly suggests you contact customs in the country to
which your items will be shipped to determine any taxes, duties or customs fees prior to finalizing
a purchase. All taxes, duties or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of
the purchaser. Foreign governments may prohibit the import of certain products. MagiMani.com, Inc.
is not responsible for any damage or loss due to destruction or confiscation or seizure of goods by
customs in a any country. In the event a customer purchases a product forbidden in the country of

Refund and Returns Policy
To receive a refund, merchandise must be sent to our return center at
MagiMani.com, Inc., 129 Washington St., 3rd Floor, Hoboken, NJ 07030 U.S.A.
You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria in our return policy. We do not
offer merchandise exchanges. This policy applies only to purchases made directly from MagiMani.com, Inc.
All refund or return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery to you. Refund and return requests
made more than 30 days after delivery to you will not be honored.
If you made a purchase from one of our partner sites, check your packing slip or the partner Web site for
return or exchange information. Items purchased from a partner site, designer, broker, interior designer or
other intermediary may not be returned or exchanged through the MagiMani.com return center.
We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the
original form of payment only.
Follow these instructions to return merchandise
Call +1 602 870-0294 for an authorization to return code. This code must accompany any returned item and
also will be needed for all communications between you and MagiMani.com regarding the item being returned.
Include all original packing materials, information and accessories with the product to avoid any additional
fees.
Include the label sent to you in the original shipment with your product and indicate the reason for the
return. We recommend you return items via UPS Ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also
recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
You are responsible for all shipping charges.
However, we will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged in
shipment, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. If you prefer to mail it, you must call +1 602 870-0294
for special instructions.
Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by MagiMani.com for COD shipments will be subracted
from the value of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD costs exceed the value
of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining
balance.
Returns of gift with purchase items, quantity discounts and bundle purchases have specific guidelines for
what your refund price will be. Additional return and refund policies may be disclosed at the time such
purchases are negotiated.
